To ensure every Old Pipe customer can use our products with confidence, all Old Pipe products come with a 90-day warranty and a 7-day inspection period.
Selected products are also covered by Lifetime Repair Service.

90-Day Warranty
Warranty Coverage
•The warranty period begins on the day the product is received and lasts for 90 days.
•If the product is damaged or fails to function properly due to non-human factors, we will provide a replacement service.
•The warranty covers all product components and functions.
•Consumable parts are excluded. Please refer to the exploded diagram in the product manual.
•For Rapid series products, mounting bases vary by vehicle model and may not appear in the exploded diagram; however, they are not considered consumable parts.
•Any repaired or replaced parts will be covered for the remaining warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
1.Improper use – misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or the use of non-original or unauthorized parts or accessories.
2.Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
3.Normal wear and tear, including scratches and surface abrasion.
4.Force majeure events, such as earthquakes, floods, or fires.
5.Missing or damaged product serial numbers.

Warranty Claim Process

Please contact us as soon as an issue is discovered and provide proof of purchase and the product serial number.

3.Repair or Replacement
If covered, we will provide repair or replacement free of charge.

During the warranty period, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lifetime Repair Service
As long as the product is still in production, Old Pipe can provide repair services.
From minor issues such as missing screws or damaged foam exposing stainless steel tubing, to major damage caused by accidents or impacts, we offer paid repair or replacement services.
Actual repair costs will be evaluated by our customer service team.

Repairs within the warranty period are typically completed within 30 business days after we receive the product.
If additional time is required, we will inform you during evaluation.

7-Day Inspection Period (All Products)
1.The 7-day inspection period is not a trial period.
Products that have been used cannot be returned, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect that prevents normal use.
2.If the product remains unused and in original packaging within 7 days, a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued.
3.The product must be returned with the invoice, and the shipment date must fall within 7 days of the product-receiving date (inclusive).
Please notify customer service and provide the returnee’s name and contact number.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving the returned product.
4.Shipping Costs
During the inspection period, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
